The A.M. Total Being Fitness corporate program offers several options to build or supplement your wellness program:

“Healthy Living” Evaluation:

  • Health screening and fitness tests to determine baselines of individual employees.
  • Testing includes blood pressure, body fat testing, body circumference measurements, and personal physical history.
  • Identification of risk and needs.
  • Determination of realistic fitness goals.

Life Coaching (Mind-Body) Seminars:

Motivational presentations about everyday life and how to be balanced physically, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and socially.

Wellness Strategies/Programs:

Seminars and workshops on health and fitness topics.

On-Site Seminar options include

  • 1-hour seminar: Includes the importance of physical fitness and emotional health. Handouts are included.
  • 4-hour Seminar: Includes the five elements of the Total Being, a Mind-Body Assessment, Physical Assessment, Role Playing and Handouts.
  • 8-hour Seminar: One full day detailing the Total Being as follows:
