As you know, I am participating in the Personal Training. I am extremely happy with the workouts and the results I have seen. I enjoy my group and thing that we all complement each other well. The trainers are all complimentary and motivating. I feel that they really care about my health and are interested in my success. Even though I worked out faithfully before I started the program, I did not push myself to the level that the trainers do. This has truly challenged me to work harder and to get past my complacency.

I think all 3 of the trainers that have been on site have been very personable, motivational and realistic with me about my goals. The "group personal" training is working great for me. The flexibility of the trainers has been wonderful - they are very willing to slide you into a different time slot if you cannot make your designated time for any reason. I would and have recommended the trainers to others.

Love the personal trainers and training! They have been awesome and they are making us look GOOD! I no longer weigh what I did when I gave birth to my first child 10 years ago! I appreciate your patience when I've had a scheduling conflict. I have also met some great Polk people that I normally would not encounter. Can't wait to sign up again! I'm hooked!!
