Individual Clients - Programs
Life coaching and nutrition guidance will be an ongoing part of your program at A.M. Total Being Fitness, and evaluations (physical, Five-Elements Balance) will be done regularly. Your physical training program will be tailored to your goals. For many clients, the programs are fluid – changing as you change, and ensuring that you are a well-balanced, healthy and strong individual, and that your body does not ‘plateau’, slowing or stopping your progress.
Major physical training programs:
- Prep/Adaptation – With any new exercise program that you start, it is wise to crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. This program is designed to prepare you for the fitness program you are going to be on by taking you from where your fitness is today to the point of entering the appropriate program for your fitness goals. We have you focus on technique, form, and education to prepare your spirit, mind and body for where you are going.
- Anabolic I & II – This program focuses on building your lean muscle mass and increasing your bone density. It is ideal for people that want to get bigger or for those that are at risk for osteoporosis.
- Core – This program is ideal for strengthening your joints, lower back, abdominals, isometric, posture, balance, stability, flexibility and coordination. If you suffer from conditions such as poor flexibilty or back problems, this program may be ideal for you.
- Metabolic I & II – Through the metabolic programs, you can increase your metabolism to burn fat effectively while building muscle. This can reprogram your body to properly process the nourishment that it intakes. Ideal for those that are overweight.
- Endurance I & II – The endurance programs help you to increase your body’s ability to utilize more oxygen, lower your resting heart rate, burn more fat, and increase energy. Great for those with low energy or sleeping problems.
- Plyometrics - Want explosive power? We provide sports specific training to increase performance and output, such as lifting heavier or gaining speed. This is great for athletes that want to take their game to another level!
